As one of the largest wheat milling businesses in South East Asia, Interflour produces a wide range of flour products blended to meet the needs of individual markets and customers.
Our flour products are used to make a large variety of breads, wet, dry and instant noodles, sweet buns, cakes, biscuits, bahn mi and roti canai.
Our customers range from large scale food manufacturers such as Nestle, Gardenia, Ace Cook, Danane Biscuit and Indofood Noodles to small to medium size bakeries and also include hawkers and small street stalls.
As a market-focused organisation we are constantly exploring new flour products to meet specific needs. For example in Vietnam we add vitamins and minerals to Thang Long flour to help improve public health. Our Research & Development team work with customers to develop the flours most suitable for them.
Interflour also manufactures the world’s first dry starter dough, to be used as an improver for making a wide variety of high quality breads and biscuits (see Panatura®). On an ongoing basis we are exploring other premixes and flour-related products.
