Intertech Asia was established in September 2006 to develop, manufacture and distribute a new range of baking ingredients, to complement Interflour’s core wheat buying, milling and marketing businesses.
Intertech facilities comprise:
- A R&D Commercialisation Centre using state of the art equipment within a full test laboratory
- A Panatura production facility
- Marketing and distribution agents
Intertech’s first new product range is the Panatura® natural starter dough range. Intertech developed the new, dry natural starter dough and successfully negotiated with Switzerland-based Panatura® who awarded Intertech the license to manufacture and distribute the product worldwide.
Intertech continues to explore other new baking ingredients and premixes, with its innovative new product development putting it at the forefront of baking science.
