We are also currently undertaking considerable work covering the Intrinsic Values of all the different kinds of wheats we purchase from all over the world, to establish which are the ones that provide the best qualities and value for money.

We source from traditional wheat growing countries like USA, Canada, Europe and Australia as well as newer supply countries like India, China, East Europe and the former USSR countries.
